Smoke bug?

German tanks are using smoke granades too often.
Almost all time.
8 King Tigers vs 8 ISU 122 on flat map.
After 1 turn 50% of Tigers are using somke...
Thats strange

EDIT:
another test, MUSE v2 tanks vs ISU 122.
ISU 122 doesnt have somke grandes so is more effective.

They are trowing smoke on each other. its alomost suicide on East Front.
I think smoke should be fired only on current tank hex.
