A bug in Masters Mod 1.6 ???

I just started playing a new game in Masters Mod 1.6, and I've run into to something odd. I keep getting an Error Message thats states it cannot find the Default_AI_DesignCreation.txt for anti-ship drones.

Is this a bug in the mod, some internal error, or something else maybe ?
