TFW: New Maps

I have been working on some new maps for TFW that will replace the maps that shipped with the game. I have also made some scenario enhancements. These will be released as a patch shortly.

I am also releasing an alternative database. This can be used with either the old maps and scenarios or the new maps and scenarios. The change in this database is the modelling of artillery effects. I have tried to model the use of airburst fused artillery rounds by the British and ground contact fused rounds by the Argentines. The main effect of this is the Argentine rounds are less leathal as the rounds bury themselves into the soft peat before detonating.
