OK, that's true

but it's possible to change country training over the years: it was possible in SP2

: for exemple Israeli experience was growing with time...
When I spoke of comparison to reality it was with a "general state" of the country, BTW countrys who are always at war since 1950: Israel, Chechnia ...etc..., countrys with conscripts ad modern training: Germany, Spain, US , country with professional army UK, Switzerland, France, ...etc... and also depending on the army size: for BTW UK's army is small and so can be exeptionnaly well trained...
Naturaly that's hard work and it will stay mistakes but less I think...
So it possibly not so impossible to do.
