New Race: the Aquilaeian Empire

Some time ago, Klaus Lehtonen (the guy who did the great Toron shipset), wrote here if somebody could create an AI for a new shipset that he did.
After hours and hours of testing, here is the result: the Aquilaeian Empire, a race with Organic Manipulation capabilities.

I will be very grateful, if somebody could send me comments and/or suggestions.
