well it does appear that some of his ships moved into the same space as some of my mine. In the previous turn if they had done that my warships there would have had their turkey shoot. This time they moved there after the war declaration.
Edit: For the purpose of clarification I will admit I did break the treaty (can't be supporting you while you fight my allies
), but I never actually declared war. The battles are because I didn't move some of my ships away when I removed our treaty. I see what you mean though. I suppose in the nebula nothing happened before because you were cloaked. When you declared war I suppose although they were cloaked they attacked. I thought you had to uncloak manually to ever attack?.
