Renaming Commanders

All, Just received my DOM II o=in the mail. I had played with the demo briefly, but not a ton. I was saddened to see that commanderss cannot be renamed, at least not in the same way as Dom I. I rather liked changing the names of commanders to identify their current role. Any comments?
