Major item bug: Crystal Heart
The Crystal Heart doesn't disappear after it revives its owner. This means that the owner can be revived an unlimited number of times in the same battle. I have a save with a battle replay demonstrating this, if you need it. I killed their God every round, possibly several times a round, for twenty or thirty rounds, but the diseased, blind, feebleminded, weakened, chest wounded, mute, one-armed Freak Lord just wouldn't stay dead. (He did get most of those afflictions during the battle though - he already had the chest wound, of course, since he was wearing a Crystal Heart.)

People do not like to be permanently transformed and would probably revolt against masters that tried to curse them with iron bodies.
