Population growth bug?
Is this a bug or perhaps intentional behavior...
I built a few replication centers (or whatever they're called...the ones that are supposed to make population grow by 40M for the whole system) in some of my systems. I noticed that planets with my own race grow quickly, but the planets in those systems that I've used a conquered race to colonize do not seem to get the benefit.
Are those facilities not supposed to effect alien populations? Or is this a bug?
Do the system-wide % growth facilities (med lab, gestation vats) effect alien populations?
