Question, help on planet troops please.

To Anybody who knows,
Q:If My ground troops win/capture of a ai enemy planet.Is it Possible to get free facility/unit planet tecknoligy from a ai empire?.

Im curious if i should research/build troops in the current Gold-D-2 mode.
As far as i know, i can only get enemy tecks by ship units boarding only.
