Setting Colonizing to only Breathable

How do I make it so that colonizing is allowed, but only for a planet that has the same atmosphere type as the race in the colony ship?

I tried the only breathable setting, but when I capture enemy ships (Oxygen) they are only allowed to colonize my kind of world (Hydrogen). And the colonies are domed, which is exactly what I am trying to avoid, No Domed colonies, if you can't breath it, you can't colonise it.
