Extra Events File

I downloaded a different events file some months
ago (by Dracus - 55 events instead of 17).

I've used it with no problems but after a few
recent ship size problems because I altered some
tonnages I thought I'd ask if anyone had an
opinion on using files like this.

I know you can set the events frequency in the
settings file but does it just choose one from
this file at random.
