As a huge stargate nut the common spelling is asgard, or at least the one most fans use, which makes it official since no-one dares correct them
Same with Goa'uld.
Although i've already asked this question before, and e-mailed ryan about it, with no reply i'm afraid, good luck to you though.
But for all you stargate fans i've heard their releasing a Stargate SG1 PC Game, no specifics however.
*pictures it now, first person shooting game. Left mouse button fire weapon, right mouse button alternate= O'Neil sarcastic comment, Teal'c eyebrow raise etc.
