Abilities on Seeking Weapons

Just wonder if anyone has tried modding abilities onto seeking weapons? I was hopping I'd be able to create missle with some ECM defense by adding the "combat Defense Plus" ability but it did not seem to work.

Anyone know if any other abilites will work on a seeker?
