The poor, poor Norak. I keep finding things wrong with them even though they use missiles quite a bit. They aren't building any point defense weapons.
There appears to be a flaw in their research priorities. They don't get point defense until waaaaay down the list, don't put point defense in their ships, and this makes their fleets get stopped by satellites.
I tested the game to make sure point defense cannons will fire at satellites in automated combat, then I went in and moved the military science lvl 1 and point defense 5 entries I already had in there further up the list. Hopefully, this will get them to finally start mounting point defense on their ships and this will hopefully let them attack satellites so I don't have to do something like make capital ship missiles target satellites.
Now all I have to do is check the other missile-using races and make sure they don't have that problem either. The Terrans appear to be fine, but they use missiles and beam weapons in their ships.
