PBW Racial Point Set Up Styles

I was wondering how many of you set up your races at PBW to use 2000 racial points. I know how I do it, and it has proven effective in the past, but it took me a long while to figure it out. With a lot of new players around, I thought it would be nice to post some pointers and suggestions for them. That is if any of you are willing to give up any of your secrets.
