Permanent Sub for LA Caelum needed (Heracles)

Title says it all...

Turn 25, decent position (score is off so more difficult to tell specifics), some NaPs, no wars, set up for multiple options at this point, though a decision point is at hand, so take over before I commit you.

LA Caelum is entertaining, Flying Mammoths, archer spam, air and death magic galore (with a sprinkle of earth and water).

Give it a whirl, because I simply don't have the time to do justice to this nation in this game
