How exactly do Victory Points work for winning purposes?
The manual describes how it helps spread Dominion, but I haven't found anything on how it helps winning the game, ie. do you win the moment you control all provinces containing a VP or how?
And how are Cumulative VP condistions different from regular VP conditions?
(The reason I ask is that we've recently started a game on the Llamaserver using the "Create new game" server interface, and for some reason the server added Victory Points on the map, although that options wasn't chosen. Now we need to figure out if we want to play on
