? about stolen units

i could test these but it would take alot time...

So does anybody know regarding charmed/seduced/enslaved units/commanders:

1. When you steal a commander that its previous owner has cast twiceborn and it dies in your dominion, does it become a wright? or if it dies in the opponents dominion does it become a wright under thier control?

2. When you steal someones prohet can they annoint a new prohet if the stolen one is still alive?

3. Do you have to pay upkeep, does the original owner have to pay upkeep, or is there no upkeep?

4. When a stolen hall of fame hero dies can you ritual of rebirth it or can the origional owner ritual of rebirth it?

5. Why does a stolen prohet retain the prophet label, icon and sacred but not the preist lv3?
