So I'm fairly new to Space Empires IV...but this seems out of place/bug of some sort? First that enemy fleets appear in my sector that is totally blocked off by satellites without engaging those satellites. These ships do not have cloak. I haven't gotten far enough yet in other games, but I highly doubt they have the ability to appear in any sector they want. The game hasn't been played long enough and its the Amon'krie Continuum. I believe they do not have any tech to let them just appear...as well in this particular game I've had a ship hit mines in a sector two sectors away from where the ship was located(warping through). Is this a bug?
