Is there anyone at home?

Over the past week I've repeatedly tried to contact the webmaster of this message board to get some help with a problem, but I have yet to get a reply to my e-mail. Perhaps if I post here I will get someone's attention.
I recently changed ISP from AOL to nesbeOnline. When I tried to change my profile I misspelled nesbeOnline as "nesbeonloine", but I didn't catch my mistake before hitting the "submit" button. This obviously meant that the new password went to a non-existant e-mail address, and I was locked out from posting. I tried contacting shrapnel games via the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page, but as I said, I've received no reply. So I have established a new identity in order to continue using the message board. I'd really like my old username, Dr Strangelove, back. Won't someone from the website administration please respond to this message?
