Modding the master computer

While going over the components file to tweak things to my liking and add SE4 components (which I haven't got to yet

) I thought of an idea for making the Master Computer more like it is in SE4:

Give it a 100% rating for resist crew toxins and resist psychic!

Now why hasn't anyone done that before?
