That's not exactly correct. Depending on what state you're in it may be leagal to posses and consume real Absinthe with limited levels of... what's the stuff called? Is it 'thuzione' or something like that?
It's even legal to buy it here in Colorado.
And it's an aphrodisiac! Thus the saying: Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder. Or is it Absinthe makes the farts go Honda.
