How to use para transport in campaign?

I am not sure how to use para transport in meeting engagements in Campaign you can not plot anything till turn 2. Do I load my aircraft and place them in grey zone at start?

1) Yes, you need to pre-load the aircraft.
2) No, you cannot plot them till turn 2 as the transports are aircraft and no air or artillery can be plotted till turn 2; UNLESS it is an "Assault" engagement.

Ya I tested it out they are quick drop on turn 2 just like if you had preplotted I assume waiting would be a bad idea as it says they would have a LONG delay then. Thanks.
