You need to do a refresher maths class...most of my force has moved away...some has moved to another adjoining province....not many...maybe they are planning a surprise attack on you....or maybe they are protecting a castle being built in that province....sigh.

Nothing like having a horde of barbarians descend on your 1200G 1/2 built castle to ruin your day.
