Default A nation from the same age in the same game multiple times - is it possible?

Is it possible to have the same nation, from the same age, in the same game multiple times?

I'd like to set up at T'ien C'hi civil war game at some time, what I have in mind is two sides of three (each side have an EA, MA and LA T'ien C'hi) facing off and four "barbarian" AIs (one for each corner of the map) causing strife and threatening civilisation while the middle kingdom is divided by the civil war.

Obviously, to carry this off I'd need to be able to have each age of TC in the same game twice, hence my question.

Not as such.

However, You can create a mod nation that copies all the units/pretenders/spells from the nation to a new nation. There was an "Ulmish civil war" game that did this a while back with IIRC 6 or 8 different Ulms (some of them were mod flavors too.)

There are some limitations with this, though. Basically, any non-moddable attribute of the nation will not carry through. This includes things like T'ien C'hi's automatic PD increase. If you want the nations to be fair, you'll need to have all of them be copies, so that none of them have the "out of the box" effects.

Stavis_L is right... it won't work with Tien Chi since some would have the bonus of increasing PD while the copies would not have the bonus. You'll need to choose a different nation or place the more experienced players with the copy nations which will be at a disadvantage.

You can just ignore the PD bonus. It's a pretty minimal effect.

Or, as suggested, make all the nations copies, so no one has the PD bonus.

Yeah, think I will go with this.

Off now to the mod forum to learn exactly what it is that I need to do :-)
