Well, to be honest, one of my goals as I write my guides is to do something a bit different than I did in other guides. One of the things I really like about dominions is how many different ways you can play even the same nation and I for one would get really bored playing something too similar to what I've already played recently. A blood fountain is certainly a solid choice for Abysia, as it is for many nations. This is a situation that I think looks like a good opportunity to rotate in the vamp queen though which gives you quite a different feel while still being competitive.
