The path req for Shimmering Fields is particularly egregious, you pretty much have to play Caelum in order to use it.

It's not so bad. Air Queen in a storm with a helmet/bag of winds can do it. I'd understand dropping it to A5 so it's in line with the others, but since shock resistance is harder to get it makes sense.

MA Atlantis enjoys niefel flames, but generally speaking the spell isn't exactly going to be key for anyone.
