Default late pretanded mpowerment and bless

1.If I empower my pretender in game, does it affect my bless?
For example if I will take in the beginning 3 water, and do one empowerment in game, will it make my troops water 4 blessed?
2.In such case empowerment would cost 60 gems, but if I'm not going to use my sacreds intennsively 1-2 first years, does it have a sense?
3.And is it mathematically reasonable to spend 60 gems (though I'm dont have a necessity to use them a lot on other magic)?
4.And, especially interesting - blood bless? If answer on my question is yes? It would be good for any blood nation to do 4 blood empowerment if it initially didn't use it in pretender design?

1. No.
2. Don't really understand the question.
3. Depends. Not unless you specifically need that 1 extra for something crucial.
4. The answer to question 1 is no. Even if it weren't, empowering to 4 in blood for extra strength on your sacreds is very rarely going to b worth it. But that's just hypothetically, since the answer to question 1 is no.
