That can be pretty bad. It's always a big risk if a single UW nation gets hold of all water so fast. Only Pantakrator knows what they'll start cooking in the depths once seas are theirs.

I wouldn't normally be so.. pushy, but our snorkel research isn't going so well. Apparently you can't fight well in the bottom of the ocean when you have a stick with lenght of several hundreds yards in your mouth.
