I presented to klagrok some of my nation's stats as of last turn. It would seem that Patala has a staggering advantage over Ctis what makes continuing the game pointless as the end result is clear.
It would appear that by turn 101 Patala is:
-> In control of close to two thirds of the map.
-> Has a total gem income of > 500 gems per turn
-> Has numerous armies and SCs (mainly Tartarians & Rudras) running around. Squads of MHers, EAers and GR casters.
-> Fully juiced AN up
In light of this klagrok has chosen to surrender.
klagrok, thank you for an awesome game!- One in which we both survived to the end game against impossible odds (and I think waging a losing war against a cheater qualifies as that).
The game was sometimes fun but mostly nightmarish for me. Early on I formed an alliance of nations to stop TC that was growing like crazy. He killed Utgard and Abysia easily. Then he managed to off one of the alliance members (RZ - Marignon) which hurt a lot.
He was very close to chocking the life out of my Patala as well - he had gained control of most of my provinces and also pushed my dominions rock bottom.
At that point it was discovered that TC was cheating and he was turned AI.
The rest of the game from there was an unexpectedly difficult war against TC AI. It turns out that if you give the AI hundreds of gems and many pre-made SCs and armies, it could do quite well. It took me&Mictlan&Ctis something like 30-40 turns to bring TC down (but not kill it yet!).
So it would seem the almost one year long game Victoria is finally over.
My Patala is victorious and I get more spare time ( yoohoo to the latter
)
Thanks to all who played this game!
