Increasing Holiness
Is there ANY way (besides prophetization) to boost a leaders holiness level? I haven't played since last year but my recollection and manual seem to be saying no.
If the answer is no, then Pangaea seems to have a goof. They now have a faction specific spell which requires holiness 4. None of their leaders have higher than holiness 2, in any era, which means it's impossible to get holiness 4.

Re: Increasing Holiness
You can cast Power of the Spheres, wield a Crystal Shield, or one of the holy booster artifacts. Lets see if I can remember them... Sword of Justice and Sword of Injustice I think? Injustice might be unholy? Is there a difference?

Re: Increasing Holiness
You can through communions.
Or use the crystal shield to boost it by one in combat.

Re: Increasing Holiness
There are two unique swords (of justice and of injustice) which give you +1 holy.

Re: Increasing Holiness
Not easily, but yes, there are ways. There are some magic unique artifacts which increase holiness, and holiness can be increased by rebirth.

Oh, and I think that you have some national summons in enchantment with Pangea that have more that 2H.

Re: Increasing Holiness
To amplify on PvK's point, if you do Ritual of Rebirth on a dead Prophet in the Hall of Fame, he comes back with the same magic paths (H3, etc.) but not as a prophet. So you can re-Prophetize him to get him to H4. If he gets killed again and you bring him back again, he's now H5, etc. KO says it's thematic that Prophets who come back from the dead get stronger.

Wow. So they have to be hall of fame? That means one of the top ten characters in the whole game, right?

Re: Increasing Holiness
Or top 15 or top 5, depending on game settings, yes.
edit: Er, or actually maybe the top 10 in any case - I think at one point that was the requirement for rebirth regardless of the game HoF size setting.
