When adding a new tech in the tech area, how/where can you make the AI to research such tech..........

You'll need to add it in at least in the Script_AI_Research.txt file (see ..utilities\scriptparser\). One of the functions in that script is responsible for adding techs to the AI research queue. After making the change, you'd have to re-compile at least the [Empire]_Main_Scripts.
