Temporal Race Event Predictors- DevNull Mod

Do the temporal race event predictors provide an offensive and defensive bonus, or do they only provide one or the other? Just curious.

Me too. I lost a tournament game while figuring that one out...

Actually, I'm glad it's offense-only, because it'd be more unbalancing otherwise, but the description is basically misleading.
