OT: Is there or Isn\'t there a Santa Claus
he old one sits contemplating the age old question;;;; "Is there or isn't there a Santa Claus". As he ponders, he goes back thru his older memories.. He finds some possible hints..
Every so often on Xmas, there appears a mysterious present or two to someone without a From name. All those present, denied they were the ones who got it or put it there. No one would take responsibility for putting it under the tree. Now, you may ask yourselves, who put it there, and why not presents for everyone? As adults, when this was found, they eventually just passed it off and got on with celebrating xmas with the family. No one ever really gave it a thought as to where or who these mysterious presents over the years came from. Now as the feeble old one traces his memory, he notices that it wasn't every xmas that this would happen but it would happen on a good number of them... To this day, no one has ever taken responsibility for these mysterious presents... where did they come from? who was the donor? Now all of you out there, go back thru your memories.. This doesn't mean the present was for you, but for someone in the family. See if you noticed thru the years, this happening. Is this just a sporadic case or have others out there also seen this happen to someone in there family with no clue as to where the present came from.... The majority of us would blow this off at the time, but now... think back.... wipe away the cob webs in your inner self.... look... and maybe, just maybe you may find that this has happened once, twice or seveeral times to your families in the past.... hmmmmmmmmmmmm Do any of you remember any strange incidents like this.???? hmmmmmmm
PS.. Merry Xmas to all and for all of you and yours be safe during this holiday season.....

Re: OT: Is there or Isn\'t there a Santa Claus
All I know is that this guy Santa Claus invaded my homeworld with a fleet of warships and conqured us. Now once every year he returns and leaves fake explosive devices in our homes as presnts to remind us of his power. Our children live in fear and so do we that one day these "presents" might just go booooooooooooooooom.

There is a Santa Claus. I've seen him on several occasions at the local shopping center!

I have my young son convinced that I have Santa's cell phone number stored in my phone. Maybe I do, maybe I don't ... I ain't tellin'...

Re: OT: Is there or Isn\'t there a Santa Claus
Santa never gave me presents. When I was a kid, I received presents from Mom and Dad but nothing from Santa Claus.
...Hey, now I know why, my house didn't have a fireplace so Santa couldn't get in.

Re: OT: Is there or Isn\'t there a Santa Claus
I think I'll have to apologize to all the kids soon, and admit that...I shot Santa. Yep, it's true. But hey, it's his fault he didn't pay attention to the "No Trespassing" sign when he slithered down that chimney. I was waiting for the sneaky guy with a .308 and unfortunately for him, he didn't survive the encounter.

It's after Christmas, so I declare this threat moot until next Decemeber. Then you may start the arcane ritual to ressurect this thread from the depths of page 20.
