Signature and images
I was trying to add an image to my signature, but it doesn't show up. Now, in the FAQ it says to have images in Posts, I should use the [ image ] tag:
Quote:
You can do the same for your signature. Click the My Home option found on any page. Then, under the Main Configuration heading, click on "Personal Information, email, password...". Look for the Signature box, and enter your desired information, including any images/markup as above.
|
This however doesn't work. Since it is not unusual for images to be disabled in sigs, I have to ask: Did you disable images, or is this function not working properly?
FYI, this is the image I wanted to use: (basically text generated by a .php script to give random Messages from a database)

I see images in sig files. But the software might not allow a non-graphic file to be declared as a graphic. There have been problems with that.

Re: Signature and images
Hm. But when you follow that link, you basically get a .gif image. Works fine on other Boards (ok: woltlab, not infopop software). Weird.
Well, no random sig for me in this board I guess.
