Can't Launch Anything

I got to a point in one game just after this Last patch 1.35 and all of a sudden just couldn't launch any more satelites at planets. So I checked it out, and it was anything, satelites or mines or anything else. Clicking on them just wouldn't launch. I tried loading them into a ship and launching from the ship, but nothing. Yes, I already had enough cargo space or they wouldn't be built into the cargo space on the planet for launching, and this was the first ones on one planet, the second set of 5 satelites on another, even mines. Launching just gave up? Any one know why? Thanks.

Not sure but have you reached your limit for units?? I think that once this limit is reached you can no longer launch units into space. Scrap some 'obsolete' units that are in space and then see if you can launch new ones.....

Is it possible you have exceeded the unit max limit? If you're playing on a large map or own a pretty good chunk of a medium map you might exceed the default limit in settings.txt. It's set for 1000, but I've had no problems exceeding that on large map just dropping mines if I have a large empire. If this is the case just edit that setting, max acceptable value is 5000. Just quit and reload and you should be able to continue.
