Catching up questions

I haven't played SEIV in a couple of months and was wondering what is the best way to get caught up on patches and stuff.

I think I'm up to 1.19 and have a mod pack from back then. Should I reinstall or can I d/l the latest patch and have that take me to 1.35? Is there a new mod pack for 1.35 or should I wait on that?

All you should need is patch 5. I don't know about the mod packs, though.

I read from a post by Tampa_Gamer that the guys are at work for a new release of the ModPack compatible with patch 1.35.
