I have 2000(NT) and used NT for years and I would never go back to 95/98 family.

Relax, it is just a permissions goof with IIS 4.0 at shrapnel, they'll have it fixed in no time.
Besides MM probably hasn't posted the patch because he has a RL and is too busy to keep up a webpage and keep up with whiny demands for game fixes.

I appear to be d/l the 1.30 patch with no difficulties from the MM homepage... Try that.

In fact we have our own dedicated server (ie control via PC Anywhere), you don't even want to know what THAT costs .
