w00t is a general exclamation of "yeah!/woohoo!/hell yea!/thats right!/good!". people even say that. in real world.
w3 ownzzor j00 = we own you, means 'we're winning' or 'we're better'
ph34r my 5s1llzorzz means 'fear my skills', which doesnt need much translating

Surfing the web of net, you have to learn leet sometime, especially if you play games i view 1337 as a good way to annoy annoying people
