Component pic bug?

I have just created some new components and copied them into my games files. I'm not aan artist soo I used already existing pic files. When I started the program and loaded my save game, I looked at the components of the ships i had built and they had hyper plasma bolt IIIs on them. I did not put them on the ships nor had I researched them. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong.

There are TWO images involved in displaying each component. The seperate picture is shown in the information screen. The small images used in a ship's component list come from a single BMP containing reduced Versions of all component images. It's in the same directory with the numbered images. So, you have to make smaller Versions of your components (36 X 36 pixels, I think?) and put them in the numerically proper place in the "integrated" list of smaller images.
