Default Cuba 1946 to 1958

I tried doing a Cuba generated campaign but using red it put me in Balkans. Does the Cuba nation availability apply to the former Government or only the Insurgents that took over?

For generic South Americans, use green as described in the game guide Historical design notes section.

My usual opponent for Cuba is South Africa in the bush war period though.

If you want to play against rebels, play Cuba v Cuba - your P1 forcrce will be the government of the day and the P2 rebels will have the black flag.

Or go for the Ogaden War, (or the Ethio-Somali war) July 1977 and March 1978.
Somali & Rebel (insurgent) enemies and Ethiopian & Yemani allies
