Oh this is just sick and wrong

Ok, here I am playing along real nice with the AI players, and all of a sudden, they declare war. They wipe out half of my colony worlds before I can even mount a simple assualt. Well, guess what? I had the ability to create warp points. So you know what I did? I warped over to there home system with about 20 Large Troop transports and invaded. Most of the worlds were not defended very well, and my light cruisers picked off any fighters or planetary defenses they had. They were easy pickens for me.

Then, after I took their planets, do you know what they did? They rioted. Thats right. Here I am to liberate them from the evil that was their government, and they RIOTE on me!!?? Well, I got so mad, I just uploaded the populations, (leaving 1m on each planet with about 75 troops) and combined the Transports into one huge fleet.

I then abandonded each world leaving the structures in tact.

I then, and I wonder if this makes me a physcopath, Jetosoned the cargo.

I estimate that I spaced somewhere near 2 billion people. I told you it was just sick and wrong. How dare they riote againt me!

Build an urban pacification center or some other facility that boost happiness on the first planet in a system you conquer. Then you won't have to do that sick plan of yours.

But the problem is that you cannot build on a rioting planet. I have this problem too, I sent in a fleet to wipe out the Drushoka, killing about half of their colonies and all their warships in the progress. Eventually, when I checked the scores, they had about .6K to my 1M, so I told them to surrender. They did, but all of their planets are now rioting.
Anyways, they are now in the rear of my empire, and are in no position to be attacked unless the AI starts using warp point tech really intelligently. So I just sent long range colonizers out there to settle a few empty planets and hopefully, once the get there, I can build some temporal vacation facilities. If this don't work, I will have no choice but to displace the entire populations of three systems.

either build the pacification center on one of your wordls in the system (IF you have them) or keep a fleet of warships in orbit or bunch of troops there until they stop rioting...takes a few turns.

Troops are excellent to stop riots. I always use them. They get to stay on the "liberated" world as long as it takes. (usually not that long)

Um, this is going to sound evil, but I enjoyed spacing them. It was quick and easy, and no more riotes.

would you think less of me if I said that i spend resources capturing ships such as colony ships just so I can space the colonists or order fleets to fire on them?

Yes it was sick and evil to space them that was a waste of good slave colonists to work in the mines of your worlds especially if they breathe a different atmosphere type than you.
