obat 41 Yugoslavia armoured units
OK so I've checked the Yugoslav OOB and it looks like the following units could be added. Note that there were some more captured German tanks (e.g. PzKpfw III and IV), but it's not clear if they were ever actually intended to be used.
Notice how the ex-German vehicles were quickly phased out when Yugoslavia received American equipment.
AEC mkII armoured car
-available 1/46 to 12/56
-I don't think it exists in WinSPMBT OOB file, but it could be potentially copied from WinSPWW2.
Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer
-available 1/46 to 12/52
-can be found in Hungary obat 38, unit 28
Stug IIIf
-available 1/46 to around 1951-53
-can be found in Hungary obat 38, unit 27
Stug IIIg
-available 1/46 to around 1951-53
-can be found in Romania obat 39, unit 24
PzKpfw 38 (t)
-available 1/46 to around 1951-53
-can be found in Romania obat 39, unit 207
H39 (the old ww2 French tank)
-available 1/46 to 1953
-can be found in Syria obat 3, unit 611
M15-A1 CGMC
-available from around 1951-53 to an unknown date
-cab be found in obat 12 USA
In addition, Yugoslav unit 005 (M47 Patton) was only delivered in 1953 (not 1951).

Re: obat 41 Yugoslavia armoured units
So as to not open another thread, I'm reviving this topic. A Serbian colleague was kind enough to provide me the information I was missing. A total of 25 PzKw III and IV tanks were indeed operational as part of the Yugoslav 3rd tank brigade.
The models used were:
PzKw III M
PzKw III N
PzKw IV F1
PzKw IV G
PzKw IV H
All except F1 are already present in obat38 Hungary, units 591-594.
Availability date was: 1/46 to around 1951-53 (probably best to phase them out when Yugoslavia starts getting the Shermans and other American tanks).
Source is: Razvoj OS SFRJ 1945-1985 - Kopnena vojska I p. 384-390 (in Serbocroatian only)
Oh, and one more thing: unit 358 (M7 GMC) should be available since 1/46 - the first shipment was delivered as early as 1945 (ref. to WinSPWW2).

Re: obat 41 Yugoslavia armoured units
I know you have a lot on your plate, so these are my final OOB-related suggestions until the next version comes out (for both WinSPMBT and WinSPWW2):
unit 035 (M8 Greyhound) - this isn't present on an inventory report from 1948, and I've not seen any indication it was used in WW2. I think that it's therefore logical to assume these arrived in 1951, with the other American gear.
unit 529 (M3 Halftrack) - same comments as for the Greyhound. The only comparable vehicle available before 1951 that could fill the gap would be captured SdKfz 251s left over from the end of WW2 (could be copied from obat43, unit 120).
M8 HMC, present in WinSPWW2's Yugoslavia OOB, was still in use for a while after the end of WW2 (probably around 1960 or so).
-could be copied from, say, obat06 unit 42
(source for all these is the same book mentioned in the OP)
And that will probably be it for this OOB anyway - it seems quite accurate now.
