I hope this is not a silly question, but how do I take screenshots?

Is there a key - or do I need to use a third party utility?

Default Re: Screenshots

There wasnt a reason to build one into the game. The one that is built into your operating system is usually fine. What OS are you running it on? Linux? Mac? Windows? and which version?

For instance, if you have WinXP then just using the screenshot button on your keyboard should work. Its usually called Print Screen or maybe PrtScn. Press that and then open any graphic program (such as the paint program that came with WinXP) and hit Paste (Ctrl-V, or Paste from the Edit dropdown menu). I think that Print Screen gives you the whole screen and Ctrl-PtrinScreen grabs just the program you are in. But its different for each OS so you might have to look it up.

Of course there are 3rd party programs with various features. Especially if you want to grab the battles as full videos and upload them to YouTube. There are some other threads discussing this also and how to improve the graphic settings in the program to get better shots
