Is there a random events list ?

I remember there was one for dominions 2 (even with scale conditions for most), but can't find a list if there is one for dominions 3.

I'm particularly interested to know if a luck scale without turmoil (or even with order) may have an interest out of order direct income (do very good events with an "order=x" condition exist ?). Also is drain 100% negative for events (as a drain scale seems to disable/reduce the power of most gems/items events I always avoid drain+luck) or are some other events better with a drain condition ? (ie : a troops or income events bonus)

(iirc both death and growth are triggers for different very good rare events -one with death you inherit a lot of gold + items, one with growth give you a big population bonus- so I wonder if it's the same for all other scales)

I think the ring wall (get a free fortified city) requires order 1 or perhaps more.

Most events are restricted by one scale or another, positive or negative. The dying prince's treasure requires death and luck. The plague that kills pop and gives death gems requires death and magic IIRC.

I recall that there was a plan to punish Order/Misfortune at one point with worse events - does anyone know if that came through in 3.10 or was abandoned or what?

There is a list of event flavor text built into the binary which I will dig out when I get home next week.

I got an event which I think is for Misfortune/Drain just now (magic is fading, some of your gems evaporate).
