Greetings, a technical problem and some opinions.
Hello everyone, I'm just another fan of that wonderful low system innovative turn based "strategery" game. Its grasp of world mythology and of course, Lovecraft Myth (I'm a R'lyeh fan just like everyone else). I try to make this game known in Turkey but most aren't even interested unless it involves "uber 1337 pwnzor graphics" and "1337 explosions" and no manual, of course. Morons.
Anyway, the newest patch of 3.08 makes the game crash in a few turns, making it inoperable, just a blank background unless I restart. Any ideas?
I have suggestions for a new faction. Where do I post one?

Not sure about the technical problem but if you have an idea for a nation post it in the maps and mods forum.

Check the last page of the bug discussion thread if it matches what you are experiencing and the answers to it.

Re: Greetings, a technical problem and some opinio
Really? Is it l33t speak still the same in Turkey?
Seriously, I'm interested in what leet speek looks like in Turkish. Has pwnzor spread to other languages, or become a universal part of the web-gamer's pidgin dialect, unchanged despite its loose origin from English. Turkish turkish turkish pwnzor turkish, or turkish turkish turksish 7\/r|<15h turkish?
Have you started a new game, or are trying to continue an old one. Any mods installed? Consider uploaading your save file so I can see if it crashes on my machine?

Turkey?
I spend a year at Incerlik. Very eye-opening. Sometimes I wish I could throw kids right out of high school into another country so they can crack the cement-hard american attitude they grow up with.
Oh wait, the military does that. Come to think of it, that how I ended up there.

Don't worry. "Teh foriegners be teh weird lol" attitude is in every culture, including us. Every kid needs some country exchange for a few days, to boost empathy amongst nations.
You from USAF? It's not so liked nowadays, with an American officer insulting, beating and forcibly arresting a Turkish high ranking officer made many people truly despise you guys. You may not hear this from a citizen, but trust me. Your superiors need a lesson in foreign relations 101.
