Someone made a map like that, a long while back. It may have been Dogscoff, but thats just a wild guess.

All systems had a warp point that lead to a central nebula "hyperspace" system with sight obscurement and random movement. The way the warp lines looked, it sort of appeared 3D.

It might still be on the PBW server for download. Someone is bound to have a copy of it.

Nope. Guess again.

I really hope SE5 lets us play with warpability more easily...

In particular I'd love to be able to create closed warppoints ala Starfire (Shiva Option etal.)
