Help!! where do I get the Star Trek mod

I see Posts saying theres a Star Trek mod for SE4. I need this mod where is it please give me a direct link to where it is.
Also how do I install it I have not been able to figure out how to add new races without the .emp file and all of the races I have downloaded do not have a emp file.

Once you get to PBW, click on "File Library" on the left, and then near the top under Available File Sections, click on "SEIV Mods".

This will give you a lilst of mods for download. My Trek Mod is one of them.
