RIchard or Malfador
I sent you an email on Friday and posted here in hopes of recieving a response. No reply to my email as of noon today.
Quote:
Greetings,
Today I received an envelope from UPS that contained nothing except very wet Packing List that indicated that Shrapnel Games had sent me a game called Dungeon Odyssey. Thank you.
Unfortunately as I had mentioned, the envelope was empty. Enclosed are pictures of the condition of the envelope. It appears to have been run over, soaked in water, opened, and handled very very poorly by the shipping company. Oh yes, the contents are gone.
Order ID XXXXXXXX
It has been very sunny here for the Last two days. Therefore I can only conclude that this occurred while in the possession of UPS 2nd Day Air.
The problem I seem to be having is that I did not receive the product for which I paid. I do not blame Shrapnel however; I would appreciate it if Shrapnel could rectify this.
I will be more than happy to send you the envelope so you can see its condition.
Your response is anticipated.
Thank you.
Raymond

I don't mean to laugh at your misfortune, but that is a rather amusing email. Civilised and sharply critical at the same time.

Re: RIchard or Malfador
I am sure he means no disrespect to Richard or any one at Shrapnel or Malfador. I will bet money his focus is on UPS and the quality control they breg about so much on the Brown Commericals.

Re: RIchard or Malfador
My order came with a CD...it was blank, or full of errors, and my CD/DVD Drive couldn't read it. I put an message into customer support, and they said they would send me a new CD ASAP. I'm sure they can do the same for you.
I have order 4 things from Shrapnel and never had any problems. They will stand behind the product they make.
